Jemez Falls Campground is located in a sensational Ponderosa Pine and forest meadow environment. The campground elevation is 7,880 feet above water level. Come gotten ready for warm days and cool nights.

The Cerro Pelado Location closure prohibits members of the public from going into Path 137 from access points South of the East Fork Trailhead. Entry is permitted North from the East Fork Trailhead to Las Conchas Trailhead.

Please bear in mind that this campground is unique. Help keep it tidy and stunning by utilizing the trash dumpsters. Campground has 52 camp sites with picnic table and fire ring. Paved access which permits trailers and recreational vehicle’s as much as 40 feet.

For the 2022 Season of Usage, loop 4 sites are non-generator usage locations. Loops 1-3 might utilize generators from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There is paved access from the highway and paved internal roads to specific campgrounds. There are no recreational vehicle hook-ups. Need to Know

  • Online appointments are payment for one car. There is an extra fee of $10 per automobile per night, cash, if more than one car. This willl be paid at the camping site.

  • Before making an appointment for a camping area, examine the information for driveway length to see if your lorry and equipment can fit on the site.

  • For the 2023 Season loop 4 sites are non-generator use locations.

  • Make certain to examine your car and accessories do not exceed the driveway length listed in the information area of the camping site prior to making your appointment.

  • ANIMAL ALERTS: CARE, Bears regular the area. All food should be kept in approved containers.
  • No ATVs or ORVs allowed in the camping site.

  • There is a camping site host at this camping area.
  • Fire wood is not readily available for sale – dead and down wood in forest can be picked up for firewood.

  • Animals must be leashed at all times.
  • Camping area quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This includes generators.

National Preserve and Bandelier National Monument are within brief driving range along the Jemez Mountain Trail National Scenic Byway.Recreation Overnight camping, fishing, and hiking are main attractions. Other recreational activities include outside photography and nature viewing. The campground is within
