As long as buildings, water and electrical service are available, no matter the date, the regular camping charge will use. When winter requires closing down buildings and turning off water in Class AA, A, A-P, B/S or B/S-P camping areas, the cost shall be minimized commensurate with the services and facilities available for usage.
