The worst of the stormy weather is making its way from Southern California after heavy rain brought flooding to the Los Angeles location over the last couple of days. Dry riverbeds and creeks turned into raving rivers after as much as 8 inches of rain fell within the city. As a result, emergency crews stayed hectic, and there were multiple saves, including a man swept away by a river.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department led a lot of those saves, consisting of a call where witnesses state a guy delved into fast-flowing water to save his pet dog.
