
Terrible news came out of Bryce Canyon National forest this week. Florida Senator Kathleen Passidomo’s husband, John Passidomo, 72, passed away after a hiking accident in the Utah park.
According to a Memorandum to the Florida State Senate by Senator Dennis Baxley, the accident took place on Monday afternoon.
Source: Getty Images”Monday afternoon, while treking with the President in Utah, the First Gentleman, Mr. John Passidomo, fell and suffered huge injury to his head, among other extremely serious injuries,” Baxley composed in the Memorandum.
“Mr. Passidomo was carried from the path by ambulance to a local medical facility, and quickly afterwards by air to a local injury center. After a comprehensive evaluation by the very best medical groups over the next 24 hr, the President was encouraged that Mr. Passidomo would not endure these serious injuries. Their family quickly took a trip to Utah and with the President and their three daughters by his side, the First Gentleman passed away quietly at 3:21 p.m. EDT.”
Kathleen Passidomo took to X to thank the public for supporting her household throughout this tough time. John Passidomo leaves behind his 3 children, in addition to his better half of nearly 45 years.
