Jejene Narumpa stepped into a corner store only to go out with a viral video that’s still circulating on social networks three years later on. Because it’s just that great. Narumpa captured the moment a huge monitor lizard chose to climb up a wall of merchandise in a Thailand grocery store, presumably to get closer to the cooling vents … or to that ice device.
“No matter how high it is, I can reach it,” jokes Narumpa in her Facebook caption.
Indeed, the customers in the shop seem to believe the whole scenario is humorous. There is a mix of pleased screeches and worried laughing in the background.
Narumpa makes a 2nd joke in her caption, saying: “It’s hot. Can I utilize the a/c unit? Haha.”
No one appears too scared of the display, regardless of its plus size. Clients do not flee the shop, and you can see at least another person besides Narumpa taping the lizard as it scales the wall and sits on top of the shelf.
In addition to her viral video, Narumpa likewise posts a selfie with her face and the lizard on top of the rack in the background.
