Steamboat Rock State Park is a 5,043-acre outdoor camping park with 50,000 feet of freshwater coastline at the north end of Banks Lake. Hike the columnar, basalt rock with an area of 600 acres to take pleasure in views of Grand Coulee and the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.
Boating
Invest your day on Banks Lake, using one of the 7 boat launches at 3 places with 320 feet of dock. A marine portable toilet and fish cleaning stations are readily available.
Grand Coulee Dam
Take a trip to Grand Coulee Dam to take a trip and enjoy the interpretive center. End the night viewing their laser-light show at Crown Point.

Camping
Campgrounds vary from primitive to complete connections and cabins, accessible washrooms and showers readily available. Outdoor camping is open year-round, reservable April 1 to Oct. 31. Maximum site length is 50 feet (minimal schedule). Pull through sites available.

Grocery, Espresso, Ice, Fire wood
Lake Yearns for lies in the day utilize area of the park and provides prepared food, drinks, espresso, ice cream, snacks and a range of camping requirements consisting of firewood and bagged ice. Lake Longs for is open weekends just in May and daily from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ** New this season ** Want shipment to your campground? Lake Craves now uses ice cream, fire wood and bagged ice shipments to your camping site starting at 6:00 p.m. You must pre-order for delivery on their website.
