Return Policy
Our company believe in providing the absolute best value, quality, and choice. Plus, we want you to enjoy your purchase! In case you want to send out a product back to us, you may return most unused items for a refund or exchange, minus shipping, within 90 days from the date of purchase unless kept in mind listed below under exceptions and exemptions. Refunds are provided to the original type of payment unless returned in-store where some exclusions may apply.
For web orders, please contact our customer care team
( 1-888-626-7576) to ensure your return or exchange is documented and any possible questions have been answered. In many cases, a return permission will be provided, and, in every case, we’ll start to watch out for your return.
For web orders returned in-store, please take the product in original packaging, together with the billing to any Camping World retail locations for a refund or exchange. Delivering charges are non-refundable. Refunds for web orders issued in-store are able to be refunded to a GIFT CARD or MAILED CHECK ONLY; some exclusions may use.
For retail purchases returned with a receipt, please return the unused and unopened item, with the initial sales receipt, for a full refund or exchange. All returns with a present invoice will get a store credit for the quantity of the item at the time of purchase.
For retail purchases returned without a receipt, the refund will be released as a store product credit at the lowest price within the last 90 days. Proper ID will be needed in the type of a valid, state-issued driver’s license or state ID card. We book the right to restrict or decline returns without an invoice.
Good Sam Members who have preserved a constant active membership status might return any unused and unopened item, bought on Feb. 9, 2018, or later on at any time. Excellent Sam Club members must be active on the date of product purchase. (Some exclusions apply.)
For Excellent Sam Protection Plans, simply return any Good Sam Security Plan purchase to the shop for processing or give us a call at (1-888-626-7576). Purchases spent for with a personal check are subject to a 14-day hold duration prior to being eligible for return.
Exceptions & Exclusions
- Non-returnable products consist of outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, AREA, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom-made/cut or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous items, licenses and present cards. If proven malfunctioning, item returns or exchanges should be dealt with straight with the maker.
- Items that can be returned within 1 month if unopened and unused are: electronic devices, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones and kayaks.
- After thirty days, faulty product returns or exchanges should be managed straight with the maker.
- Clearance and Outlet products are sold as is and can not be returned at any time.
- When a product is set up, we can decline a return or exchange. If the item ends up being faulty, item returns or exchanges must be dealt with straight with the producer.
- Returns on items using an advertising discount – Any products returned as part of a marketing discount will be prorated and the value of the discount rate, totally free product, or present card will be deducted from the reimbursement for items returned. Items received as part of a complimentary present promotion can not be exchanged unless damaged or malfunctioning and for a direct replacement only. Present cards can not be exchanged for cash or applied to a previous purchase.
