The Instagram account Berrics, run by skateboarding legends Steve Berra and Eric Koston, shared a video yesterday shot by Canadian pro skater Matt Berger as he and several other skateboarders made their method to Location de la Concorde. The place was a little over a mile far from where the bus crashed.
In the video, you first see a bus sitting near horizontally across a street in Paris. Berger records people walking away from the bus, much of them using lanyards and pulling carry-on-sized rolling luggage. Next, Berger holds his phone in selfie mode as he skates down the street. He then holds his phone as much as record the lots of skaters behind him who are doing the exact same thing.

Berrics reports that when the skaters got to their venue, they got to work practicing. Nice warm up, right?
Unfortunately, rain postponed the men’s street skateboarding occasion that was supposed to occur today. The occasion will now occur on Monday, July 29th.
