December 1 at 9 a.m. EST appointments open for May 15– June 19
January 6 at 9 a.m. appointments open for dates above plus June 20– July 31
February 3 at 9 a.m. bookings open for dates above plus August 1– 31
March 3 at 9 a.m. reservations open for dates above plus September through October 15
