Could these be Bigfoot tracks? May Bigfoots stroll the San Gabriel and Sierra Pelona Mountains north of Los Angeles?
Earlier this week, Reddit user Ok-Boot2017 published a few photos from his hike in Angeles National park to the subreddit thread r/bigfoot. He asks others to weigh in: “Possibly Bigfoot tracks in Angeles National Forest?”
The 3 pictures show a man’s foot (wearing a size 11.5 shoe) next to a foot-shaped imprint in the dirt, the imprint by itself, and the man’s foot inside the imprint. The context the original poster (OP) supplies sets the scene.
He says: “I likewise did area something huge about 50 meters away through some high plants out of my peripheral vision, then as soon as I looked exactly that way I didn’t see anything more.”
The OP states he does not consider himself superstitious, however “something felt odd out there.”
Some commenters believe the track is actually water erosion or a little, oval pothole. Numerous are more fascinated by the vibes the OP and his fiancé felt during the hike than the tracks themselves.
He wrote: “I didn’t seem like I was being viewed or in risk, but I did certainly feel ‘seen’ if that makes any sense at all.”
The Plot Thickens
In comment replies, the OP says his fiancé worried during the whole walking. “I was with my fiancé who happens to be very superstitious,” he wrote. “I didn’t mention my peripheral vision sighting of something as she would’ve lost it.”
Perhaps the weirdest detail in this story is the one about how a suspiciously well dressed man passed them as they were coming out of the path. It was dark, and he didn’t have lights, however he was heading onto the path. While this does not have anything to do with Bigfoot, it is actually weird.
He wrote: “Another odd end, when we were coming out of the path around 8:00 it was now almost entirely dark. No more people at all. We had our headlamps on with red light. A gentlemen strolled up the trail as we were 1/2 a mile from the bottom. Well dressed (not for hiking). Larger security type, perhaps 50. He felt extremely out of location. Certainly not dressed for treking and no lights at all. He glared at us and then in passing stated ‘I like your traffic signals, helps protect night vision …’. I got JPL security/govt professional vibes 100%. I have actually been around those folks before.”
